We are only 1 mile from the A52 so if you are looking for a getaway without the kids or just a more peaceful destination our adults only touring caravan park is in the heart of Lincolnshire and could be for you;.

A great base for couples, we offer no toilets, no showers, no concrete bases, no clubhouse just simple camping so great for the campers who have their own facilities.

We are located 1 mile off the A52 which connects Chapel, Skegness, Mablethorpe, Sutton-on Sea, Louth and Alford.

Huttoft car terrace is a great place to dive right up onto the beach facing the sea around 5 miles away from Cottage-Waters.

Just 5 miles from the sea, you can experience the local area at your own pace whilst enjoying the stunning views and charming locations. If peace and quiet is what you are after along with relaxation then you have come to the right place.

Whether you prefer to explore the countryside or discover local towns and places or take a bike ride there’s guaranteed to be somewhere perfect for you, with great variety across the county, the local farm for homemade ice cream, little tea rooms, or a visit to the local craft markets or just a walk on the beach each location promising something even better than the last.

Look across the fields in any direction and you will be rewarded with superb views.

Cottage Waters is perfect for those looking for a secluded countryside location surrounded by wildlife and serenity. Our regulars come back year after year to indulge in the peace and quiet our little gem has to offer.

We are in close proximity to many varied attractions which offer fabulous days out. Within a 25-minute drive you can reach Skegness (9 miles), Sutton-on Sea  (5 miles), Mablethorpe (7 miles) or Chapel St Leonards (5 miles) all with their beautiful, sandy, blue-flag beaches. For a more rural experience, there are the local market towns of Louth and Alford with their antique shops and tea rooms.

For the thrill-seekers, the close-by resort of Ingoldmells offers a variety of attractions including Fantasy Island, a large theme park incorporating Europe’s largest indoor market.
